– 1 bathroom with separate WC,
– 1 mezzanine with 2 single beds and comforter,
– 1 angled lean-to containing garden equipment (1 garden table and 4 plastic armchairs and 2 other tables and 6 exotic wood chairs), a barbecue, 2 deckchairs and 2 parasols,
– 1 terrace.

House equipment includes: washing machine, dishwasher, WIFI, TV with integrated DTT demodulator and DVD player, radio-CD player, convector heater in every room (except mezzanine), 1 mobile electric oil-bath auxiliary heater, complete crockery set with 12 place settings, 1 oven and 1 microwave, 1 4-burner ceramic hob, 1 electric coffee-maker, 2 mountain bikes.
The sea is 5 minutes away by car / 10 minutes on foot via the dunes, with a choice of :
– La Potinière family beach (supervised);
– Several kilometers of wild beach at Hatainville.
The residence also boasts 2 tennis courts and 1 basketball court. Car access for luggage drop-off. Local farmers’ market every Thursday morning in Carteret and Saturday mornings in Barneville. 18-hole golf course 5km away.
In terms of tourism, Carteret is :

– 40km from Cherbourg and its Cité de la Mer;
