Le Clos Saint-Vaast is a village house in the heart of Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue in the Cotentin region, with a sunny enclosed garden sheltered from the wind. Bicycle room with bikes available. The house is just a few steps from the port and beach (approx. 5 minutes' walk), with shops less than 50 m away at the end of the street.
The first floor features a large 45 m² living/dining area (with fireplace) opening onto the garden, a kitchen area, an entrance hall with storage space and a separate toilet. Upstairs are three large bedrooms (1 with a 160cm bed, 1 with a 180cm bed and 2 with 90cm beds that can be combined), a large shower room and a 2nd separate toilet.
