Between land and sea, our gîte "L 'Avenue" will welcome you in a relaxing and comfortable setting. This character house, offering 5 rooms (kitchen, living room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms) with terrace and lovely garden, is located in the "Biale" valley in Urville-Nacqueville.
Just 800 m on foot from the beach, you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing with family or friends, or all kinds of water sports activities offered by the Pôle Nautique de la Hague. You can also go hiking on the “Sentiers des Douaniers – GR223” or cycling.
The gîte is not overlooked, and the windows offer a view over the fields and the sea. The low-traffic street is very quiet.
Outside, a laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, where you’ll find garden furniture and storage space for nautical equipment, bicycles and other items. The terrace has an outdoor barbecue.
The garden has an enclosed parking space for one vehicle (excluding lorries).
Close to all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, snack bar, mini-market, hairdresser) within easy walking distance.
