– The accommodation is non-smoking
– Pets are not allowed, nor are parties or group events
– On foot, you’ll have access to the village’s small shops: butcher, baker, small grocery store, bar/brewery, restaurant***, hairdresser, as well as a cinema, nurses’ surgery and post office (in the morning).
– The house and all outdoor areas are available to tenants
– The basement is reserved for the owner (independent access, insulation, discretion ***)
