At the end of the lane, the square Thomas Becket is a haven of peace, offering an exceptional panorama of the bay! You can also visit the unique Scriptorial Museum, home to the Mount's manuscripts. Once the workshop of a house painter, the premises have been superbly converted into a 2-storey apartment. Featuring both traditional materials (plasterwork, terracotta floor tiles) and more contemporary ones like the beautiful metal staircase, it's a real cosy nest for your vacation in a peaceful alleyway in the heart of the City. Anne-Claire will be delighted to welcome you. But you'll need to be brave enough to leave the large south-facing terrace upstairs!
