It boasts a pleasant terrace and hedged garden, watched over by a century-old oak tree across the street. After enjoying the iodized air of the coast or a long walk on Mount Besneville and its panoramic view, you'll be delighted to return to your cocoon and the cozy blue sofa! The large cellar is accessible via a garage door, making it easy to store your bikes, water sports equipment or hiking gear.
